Oscillate Festival Lda., Av. da Índia 2, 1300-598 Lisboa, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions go to our data protection lead at privacy@oscillate.fm.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up to the monthly transmission. Nothing else is attached to it.
- Name, email and payment reference when you buy a ticket. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.
- Wristband top-ups and spend, so unspent credit can be refunded after the festival.
What this website stores
No advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps two session flags in your browser (whether you have seen the intro and whether a page transition is running); they disappear when you close the tab. The sound in the hero is generated on your device and starts only when you press it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or object to its use. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
Face value, always.
- OSCILLATE ’27 is 18+. Bring photo ID; wristbands are issued against it at the gate.
- Tickets are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After that they can be transferred for free through the official exchange, which opens on 1 May 2027.
- Tickets listed above face value anywhere are voided, and the buyer is refunded.
- Night passes include one re-entry until 02:00. Transmission holders can come and go until curfew.
- Curfew is 04:00. The last ferry leaves Gate B at 04:30.
- Bags are searched at both gates. Glass, aerosols and professional cameras stay outside.
- If a night is cancelled, you are refunded for that night automatically, fees included.
On site and on screen.
At the festival
Step-free routes along the lit cable trench reach all four stages. Every stage has a raised viewing platform, accessible toilets and a quiet point. Companion tickets are free, and lighting is strobe-free by design: nothing on site flashes faster than three times a second.
On this website
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA. If your device asks for reduced motion, scroll effects, autoplaying video and the intro sequence are switched off and the layout stays the same. Every interaction works with a keyboard, a mouse or touch.
